Administration Officer
1) Be able to converse well in English.
2) Must be able to work on weekday evenings and Saturdays/Sundays.

2) Tasks include: screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate; organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments and dealing with incoming emails on behalf of director.
